About the Role:

Bridge Logistics is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead our recruitment department, develop additional recruitment team members, and participate in finding and retaining excellent team members. This individual will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand, and maintain recruiting results.


Bridge Logistics expects candidates to be experienced in full cycle recruiting and employment branding. Candidates should have a sharp eye for talented people and commitment to work on our team to help hires find success in our company.



  • Work closely with leadership to take a proactive, strategic approach to recruitment efforts
  • Produce consistent results to meet the need of our CO-OP program at local universities
  • Develop strong working relationships with key individuals at area universities
  • Develop recruitment strategy, identify partnerships and sources to maintain talent pipeline
  • Leverage social media platforms and manage metrics to produce a result
  • Conduct pre-qualification calls, schedule, and participate in interviews
  • Lead employment branding initiatives via social media platforms
  • Organize and attend university career fairs as well as other hiring events
  • Some overnight travel is required. Most of the time spent local
  • Manage metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
  • Produce a result that meets the demand of a fast paced and growing company



  • 3-5 years recruitment experience, with proven leadership/management track record
  • Strong organization; Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Must be able to hustle to meet demands of a fast-paced industry and growing company
  • Be passionate about our vision: To build genuine relationships and grow together
