ABOUT THE ROLE:
We do not want to sugarcoat this: this role is challenging! If you are not one that is looking to have that type of challenge, this role may not be for you. However, if you are in search of a sales driven role that will build into you personally and professionally, while showing you that your hard work will pay off financially, then you should consider applying for our Entry-Level Logistics Advisor Development Program.
This is an entry-level, sales/operations hybrid role that has a mix of prospecting (new business development), customer service, and operations / project management. Your first year consists of approximately 15% in-depth training, 25% hands-on operations work, and 60% prospecting for new business.
We don’t expect anyone to come here with prior logistics or sales experience. Our 15-month development program will teach you how to be a successful freight broker. From in-depth operations training, to hands-on logistics experience, to a full-time Sales Coach dedicated to helping you succeed; we believe in individualized employee education. We encourage you to make mistakes, fail, and dust yourself off. We focus on strengths AND improvement areas.
